Indy Biz Pass was formed in response to a 2020 report that outlines solutions that build wealth across communities. The report found that there are disparities in small business ownership and revenue in Indianapolis for entrepreneurs of color. Business owners of color in Indianapolis need access to services to start up, sustain, and scale their businesses. Indy Biz Pass seeks to directly address these needs.
