Located in the heart of the Near Northwest Community, The Grindery is a nonprofit consulting and business incubator. Established on June 25, 2012, it was founded as an initiative of the Northwest Vision Development Center through the vision and support of First Baptist Church North Indianapolis and its Pastor, Dr. Ivan Douglas Hicks.

The Grindery provides consulting, mentorship, and resources to help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and thrive within the community.
