As a cooperative program in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration operating under the Business Ownership Initiative (BOI) and the Indy Chamber CIWBC provides women with the resources, training, mentoring, and guidance needed to achieve economic independence and sustainable entrepreneurship.
