We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people overcome barriers to career and business success. Greencow began as a co-working space in downtown Hammond, Indiana, but soon realized the opportunity to make a greater impact by moving beyond the office and into the community.

Today, Business Advisor Lee Watson and Career Coach Miranda Morley lead Greencow’s mission. Together with a network of volunteers and supporters, they provide guidance, resources, and hands-on support to individuals pursuing business growth and career advancement.
