Since 2014, we have worked diligently to identify the barriers facing Black, Brown, and women-owned businesses and have reverse-engineered our processes to create systems of social change. Our approach delivers the tools, resources, and support needed to start and grow successful businesses.

Our mission is to make this unique system of entrepreneur training and support accessible to all who are navigating challenging systems of inequity while striving to achieve their version of the American Dream. As the nation works to rebuild local economies in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Black, Brown, and minority entrepreneurs need robust support now more than ever to start, grow, and scale their businesses.
