Be Nimble Foundation
Be Nimble Foundation is a 501(c)(3) social enterprise taking a qualitative and quantitative approach to creating fully diverse and inclusive tech ecosystems. Our career training and placement programs up-skill unemployed, under-employed, and career-transitioners who are interested in careers in the tech industry. Our entrepreneurship programs support Black and Latinx tech start-up founders to get them the resources, support and funding they need to build high-growth, high-scale tech companies.

Eli Lilly Skills First Initiative
Be Nimble will serve as the first recruitment and training partner behind the Lilly Skills First program. Together, Be Nimble and Eli Lilly share a goal of recruiting at least 50 Black and Latinx professionals in the first year of the partnership, assisting them in not only building upon their skillsets, but also securing a direct line to a high-paying, two-year career within Eli Lilly and Company.
Google Career Certifications
We are excited to be partnering with Google to help upskill 250 Black and Latinx workers. We will be offering a free, 6-month course to certify you in data analytics, digital marketing & e-commerce, IT support, project management, or user experience (UX) design.
Microsoft SDR and Product Management Training Program
Our FREE Sales Development Representative skills-training program is BACK! This program is for job seekers looking to build skills and confidence for in-demand jobs and earn the certificates needed in today’s digital economy. The average starting salary for SDR roles is 35k-40k PLUS commission.
