We are a licensed, full-service commissary kitchen located at 25th Street and Central Avenue, just north of downtown Indianapolis. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, we provide the perfect space for our Members to grow their food businesses.

Whether you’re a baker, caterer, or food truck operator, we have everything you need to turn your culinary dream into reality. Members can easily reserve kitchen time by the hour through the Food Corridor scheduling platform and enjoy access to high-speed Wi-Fi. Our facility supports cooking for off-site events, in-house dining, pickups, and deliveries.

We’re also proud to serve as home to many Indy-area food trucks and carts. Our mobile unit Members use our facility for food prep and storage, equipment cleaning, wastewater and grease disposal, and convenient trash and recycling services.
