The Indiana Beef Council is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting, educating, and supporting product development within the beef industry. Guided by a volunteer-driven Executive Committee and Board of Directors, the Council oversees the collection and management of the Beef Checkoff in Indiana. Through advocacy, education, and research, the organization works to strengthen the state’s beef sector and enhance consumer awareness of Indiana-raised beef.
